Some notes here to remind myself:
1st food is Banana: mashed up, no need to cook! First food because mommy was thinking rarely anyone had allergies to banana. Didn't wanna try rice cereal or oatmeal because daddy did not want Lam Anh to eat just carb with milk, he wanted Lam Anh to eat fruits and vegetable, hehehe...
Butternut squash: baked in 400F for 45 minutes, scouped out and puree and spoon into divided glass container and freeze for later meal. Added formula or oatmeal to thin or thicken as needed. Bebe loves this!
Avocado: mashed up, used a strainer to filter out some fibers. No need to cook! Will see if she likes it tomorrow.
Sweet potatoes: baked in 400F for 1 hours, mashed...
Mango: daddy suggested this one, will have to look for the ripe one first!
